Interesting. The police at ER have had a 'film everything, arrest people later' attitude for years now. On the odd occasion when there's been fighting outside the ground, it's been sickening seeing someone being beaten up and the police just standing back and filming it happen whilst making no attempt to stop it and save the poor sod getting the kicking...
