The crap on the pitch is echoed by the rest of the club for me. I have sat in the NE upper for about 12 years. In that time they've somehow managed to make it the worst experience I've ever had at any football ground.
Ken Bates is an idiot. If he thinks that he can make money at Elland road then he should sack his commercial director. Get this: 1. Cold day. Bar runs out of pies and hot water *before* half time. Honestly we waited 10 minutes for hot water to be delivered after the 2nd half kicked off. 2. Rather than have pints lined up, the idiots pour drinks to order. Honestly it's hilarious. 3. Every bar in the NE has a different queue system. All of them are shit. This club is run by a bunch of idiots. I would be sacked if I worked this poorly. Everything about LUFC is wrong. Everything. Rotten.
