Sat in Tel Aviv departure lounge back to Leeds for my Mothers funeral tomorrow. Got a dose of the trots. Ten days ago I was in Leeds to put her in an old age home and buggered my eye. ( Long boring story that ends reasonably well ) My girls joint team got fucked up by morons ( back on track as demanded it'll be dedicated to Mum : she knew FA about soccer but would appreciate the outright emotional blackmail) So why do I love this list? Funny crazy bastards inhabit it that make me laugh even now. Just one thing. Who the fuck is this Nielsen guy? Not the comedian? Before sympathy about my Mother …it was a merciful release. A special woman but she was worn out. In fact when my Brother ( Gerald ) phoned at ten thirty we were somber. He phoned half an hour later and I said ' don't tell me shes come back to life?' His reply was ' no I am sitting on the lid'. Which was priceless. MS out. Michael Boarding now
