If you're lucky it's already been activated on your account (it has on mine!) - turn your Virgin box to Channel 529 and you'll soon see if you've got it! Virgin sent me an e-mail to say I was getting ESPN free for a month. If you haven't got it I'd suggest a quick call to them...
