I think that we are making a very basic mistake.
It's legitimate to get mad at someone. I hate MS because he is a rogue and
a liar.
He has the principles and behaviour of a cheep vicious guttersnipe.
He has no sentiments or principles that in any way can do any good to Leeds
United.
He and his sheenaningans have done irreparable damage to our future.
That is for me a 'basic irrefutable truth'.
For that I loath the cockney c%nt.

However success on a soccer field is not bought.
Money alone does not do it.
At every level the good manager makes the difference.
Money does not. Money not managed is a disaster.
At this level it's good managers that get promoted not good spenders.

Good managers who acquire players wisely, get the best out of them
and weld them into a specific coherent team with a recognizable style of
play.
This Grayson has not done.In all the parameters
he has failed conspicuously. His acquisitions are many and
usually eminent failures.Far too many players do worse under him and better
away from him. He has a reputation for divisiveness and the O'Brien
episode was alarming. Far too many times we have heard '--- not play in a
Leeds shirt'. A phrase that I cannot remember hearing so often if at all
from either a player or management. His defense is a serial shambles. His
mid field strategy is neither logical or consistent. The attack has petered
out and died.
Look at managers that succeeded at this level. You knew where they were at
and where the teams were too. McCarthy Lambert, Pullis, Warnock come
easily to mind, as do the mangers of the then promoted Burnley [Coyle],
Grayson's successor at Blackpool and Swansea's manager.
I see the Howson problem in this light. No one knew or knows what was
Howson's best position with regards to the team and Howson himself. Howson
has not developed as has Johnson under Lambert. Howson was witness to to a
stuttering woeful team and supposedly unhappy dressing room. So he refused
to sign. He has more faith in himself in himself than in the team or those
who manage it. And that is not about buying players. It is about management
. Once the suits see that the manager can not evoke a willingness in a
player to harness his future with that of the clubs then they are right to
sell. And getting 2 million for today's Howson is a steal six months before
he is a free. That may yet go awry. Howson's potential is worth 2 million,
but that wont be realized under Grayson.
The present mess is all that of Graysons. He has to go.
Our future is deeply troubled because of the MS but it is not immediate and
will become apparent on going up. To stay up we need to be sold and who
will buy from the MS?
Getting out of the CL depends on managerial skills only. Grayson has not
got them.
