I fear you might be right Jeremy - even the official site has a BIO on him today so my guess is Bates is in no hurry to appoint a new man - hopefully we're both wrong! My preference would be to sit tight and wait for McCarthy to get the boot at Wolves. He has a proven track record in this division and has his teams playing a nice brand of football. Also a true Yorkshireman and a boyhood Leeds fan apparently!
