Being a Donny lad Ive watched SO'D's team play a few times (my kids get free tickets distributed via school - do we do that in Leeds schools??).
He's used to playing with financial constraints and plays football the right way - as most of us witnessed at the play off final a few years ago. He also doesn't have an ego - and has worked well with a chairman who does. If it is to be Readfearn - then even more reason why he shouldn't have got rid of Larry.
