Eric, I forgot to mention the lay off just before his goal, which was also a good piece of skill.
I was referring to his pass to Pugh for the first goal. If it had been Howson, or White who had made that pass certain, quarters would have been creaming their knickers. Its also a pity we didn't have the benefit of Rich's sublime skills at worldnet. Im sure Ray Houghton would have pulled some string and got him a trial at Liverpool. Or Oxford. -----Original Message----- From: Eric B [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: 07 February 2012 06:57 To: Richard Walker Cc: Mark Humphries; Alan Edgar; [email protected] Subject: Re: [LU] Becchio Rich, Controlling a very short pass like this demands quite some skill. its VERY easy to overweight such a short pass. AND it was executed in the box which is typically crowded and so demands better and faster decision making. >From a technical point of view he chose the right part of his body (chest) to execute it. Using his chest in this case was easier than to move and get in a position to use his feet. He then moved to put himself in the position that enabled him to score. Well done to him although hes shit. I ve only seen the goal once on the weekend. So I am basing myself on that one viewing. You said you could have made this pass easily but I wont go on about how fucking good I was given that I had the skills to explain this to you. bait is out.. are you going for it? :-) _______________________________________________ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: http://mailman.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email [email protected] PETE CASS (1962 - 2011) Rest In Peace Mate
