Agreed Richard, O'Leary would be a bad move. I still think McCarthy is the man for us but given the Wolves win at the weekend (they were getting tonked until the sending off) we may need to wait until the end of the season for him, so the choices are to stick with Redfearn until the end of the season (and possibly write off this season as a result) and wait until the summer, or take someone else now. None of the other names mentioned to date fill me with hope.
