I honestly think he'll come undone against Brighton. From what I've heard and read he didn't really do anything interesting tactically last Saturday. Same bunch of cloggers with Pugh in at left back and White on the wing, dunno about Pugh at left back but I do prefer White in midfield. No room for Townsend. What I thought odd was he made no substitutions when we were 2-0 up against 9 men, surely Townsend and Rogers could have come on and run at them while they were knackered, maybe built some confidence up.If he's been coaching the young 'uns then maybe he knows of a good youngster who could move up the ranks.

Anyone who thought Bates wasn't going to give Redfearn a stab at the job definitely is clueless. One thing does seem to come through is he appears to be popular with the players, remains to be seen if he can manage. He's got three winnable games with Brighton being the hardest. > Date: Wed, 8 Feb 2012 14:05:38 +0000 > From: richleed...@yahoo.co.uk > To: john.booc...@internetfootball.org.uk; leedslist@gn.apc.org > Subject: Re: [LU] LU: Redfearn it is then.... > > Bates is a complete joke. > > > and anyone who can't see it is clueless :) > > From: John Boocock IFA <john.booc...@internetfootball.org.uk> > To: leedslist@gn.apc.org > Sent: Wednesday, 8 February 2012, 14:05 > Subject: Re: [LU] LU: Redfearn it is then.... > > On 08/02/2012 13:56, Andy Clayton wrote: > > *Leeds United chairman Ken Bates says the club are in no rush to appoint a > > new manager and caretaker boss Neil Redfearn will be in charge for the next > > three games. * > > Excellent, and with the money he's saving he can build some more hotels or > whatever on a car park! > > Ken Bates saviour of leeds united and all round good guy.
