I'm with Rich on this. I didn't even bother listening to the game, as soon as I
looked at the team sheet and saw Pugh at left back, no Townsend in the team and
Rogers not even on the bench I knew Redfearn's plan was try not to concede and
then nick a goal, not how a team to home who are looking for a play off spot
should play.
Then I look at the stats post match and see that we didn't make a sub until the
81st minute. If you're not scoring goals you need to change something ffs!
As for Bates and Harvey, they sacked Grayson to allow the new manager time to
turn things around, and then they turn around and say they'll give Redfearn 4
games in charge, which means that if, (and he will,) eff things up, the next
manager has practically no time to save the season. Clueless. Can't somebody
pull out their old trusty .22 air rifle and fire some pot shots at Bates'
private jet the next time he flies in to wherever the hell he flies into?
I'm depressed and I didn't even go to the match, I can't imagine what Rich and
everyone else who went feel like.
