A direct contradiction of monies in the war chest mantra. On this basis people bought ST's Is this not a case of falsification? They were led to believe one thing and on this assumption they bought something whereas they were willfully misled. Surely there must be some case? It's comparable to false advertising. The thing only came out after the ST deadline Surely there must a case for group action suing action? I should imagine that there are some lawyers would take this on pro bono. And I should imagine if we get MS into court and show a persistent smoke and mirrors snake oil salesmanship in the past the court would find in favour. I know that in our court system which is close to the UK's you could certainly start the process and expect some kind of negotiated settlement. Any lawyers on the list? What's LUST got to say?
