I agree entirely. 
I think that TRUST and unrest ensured the coming of Colin. 
But it's very unwise not to ' overdo' it. 
I would recommend an open letter expressing the spirit if your sentiments. 
Obviously MS will bluff bluster and bully but he blinked. 
I like the Warnpck appointment. Let's give him a free hand.
