you could just get a gmail account for both of you and use the calendar
function there. if you feel you ve got too many emails you can of course
aggregate them in one email
client or even use gmail to get emails from other POP servers. I think Im
using gmail for 5 email accounts. easy as..

Im sure there are other more complex solutions though :-)
