Sacking Grayson was not a mistake.
He either misled MS or couldn't stand up to him. But he
left behind a complete shambles. The defense is is fault.
If Colin cannot correct that and work with MS in a fruitful way then he's a
mistake too
I tend to accept MS tenets that are live within a budget. Pay more to less
or less to more. We have a bloated payroll with no real ability.
I am ot  MS apologist. The guy has shafted us with his smoke a screen snake
oil financial management style. But this does not 'sanctify' SG. The guy
failed, Sure he got us up. But he his squad in size, skill and organisation
was a shambles. Not to mention his hinted at atrocious man management.
