That's the kind of talk and honesty that we should have heard before. If
he, Snodgrass, walks away I'll have no complaints about anyone.
Both sides have to do what is best and reasonable for themselves and yet
give consideration to others.

I believe that Colin, as opposed to SG, knows what the players true worth
is, what happens if he leaves, how to get the best out of him and be loyal
to both player and club. He makes a stand and is very clear.

So far very impressive. To all those that talk about results: It is
impossible to expect to see results till Xmas next year. It's what happens
after Xmas that counts. It's that way every season. Colin is right to get
it all sorted ASAP but teams take moths to gel. Far too often good starts
are false. Promotion teams have to overcome the inevitable failures. That
should be at the beginning of the season, not the end. A late run beats an
early one all ends up.

I really look forward to seeing what will be done over the summer. With a
bit of luck the CL will be very open. The managerial skill and crowd
 support  can and will make all the difference.
