Hi Verner,

I assume from your message they are using POP3 mail? 

If so shouldn't be a problem the changes will be propagated over a few hours
(poss up to 48 but likely a lot less) so you can just pick up mail from both
the old and new servers.  You can set up the addresses on the new server
before it goes live.

if the mail is SMTP it won't be a problem as the MX record will change
immediately.
