Dear fellow Mighty White fans and followers Next week I am running my first every 5k, and it's for charity. I'm taking part in the MacMillan Carnegie 5k fun run (although I'm not finding running that much fun!) on Thursday 7 June here in Leeds.
My brother Michael, at the very young age of 48, has terminal cancer, and both him and our family are being supported by MacMillan nurses. I know you probably get fed up with requests for sponsorship but it is for a really good cause, and I've recently found out personally how invaluable MacMillan care and expertise is.
