Till now it's a sensible LUST in the know but letting the process proceed. Then inertia, rumors concerning various resignations and now this. The first possibility is that LUST is not as united as we thought. The second is that LUST is applying pressure. But why? The obvious answer is at the behest of the buyer. If so strange because it means that the negotiations are not going well but it also 'plays into the hands' of MS. He can blame LUST. It also is strange. One way or another it drags Colin in and increases the risk that Colin walks. Again LUST getting blamed.. All in all looks to me that this have gotten out of control. Now very pessimistic.
