Seriously doubt that
Listen to the official noises from Colin. On OS & YEP hes either talking
about the future or moving time lines.
I think that Bates will stay i/c with reduced powers. I t makes sense all
round. The MS has experience and is capable, In fact in many ways once
bought out he is an asset. His stinginess is 'wiped out'. But his basic
goal of not wasting and making money are positives for any business. Also
his terminal PR skills will be reigned in.
I have no problem that the MS stays if he is not a majority holder and his
experience is used, money is released on the field and his gob is shut.
It's not all black and white. Bates is a cunt a nasty evil one to boot but
he's a bloody good football business man. If his skills and cunning were
harnessed but that if is a bloody big if.
