100% agreed.

Being a chiropractor myself, of 20+ yrs of experience, I have seen in many
other high-level and professional athletes that their dynamics /sporting
movements are skewed creating an imbalance which leads inevitably to
injuries.

Particularly remember this situation with Michael Owen when his knee kept
giving way especially the bad injury he had playing for England. It was due
more to the irregular kinetic chain of movement that created undue stress to
his knee joint that caused it to buckle under the pressure.

A lot of "muscular pulls/strains/sprains" occurring as football injuries
could be prevented with addressing the imbalances and muscular tensions
these players have.

PS who is your chiropractor? I probably know him.

thats a LOT of training. I wonder what the wear and tear is?

I reminds me of my chiropractor 2-3 years ago. we were talking about tennis
and he predicted that Nadal would be out injured a lot, he could see it on
his style of playing and the way he moved around. It had a distinct lack of
"flow" to it. he also mentioned the flowing way Federer was moving around
and said he would be OK. I think his point has been proven?
