SEMINAR ON THE IMPACT OF HIGH PAY IN FOOTBALL

The High Pay Centre is pleased to invite you to the fourth in a series of 
seminars on better business, held in association with the Friedrich Ebert 
Stiftung. 

The football expert and writer, Dave Boyle has been carrying out research 
on the effects of high pay on competition and fans. At this seminar, Dave 
will present his research and discuss the implications of the pay debate 
on football.

David Conn, investigative sports journalist, football writer at the 
Guardian and author of Richer than God: Manchester City, Modern Football 
and Growing Up, will also provide his thoughts on the debate, focusing on 
the history of football governance and how this has changed from public 
service to blatant profiteering.
