Seems to me that we're helpless viewers in a £40M game of poker. First to
blink loses. I've heard rumours that MS is struggling for money, (true or
not? who knows) so he would obviously be desperate to get as much as
possible from any deal.
The potential new owners naturally want a fresh, clean start with no
'skeletons in the closet' and this is the final poker hand, from what I
can see.
Does Ken take the gamble of anything coming out of the woodwork (Of which
there could be plenty) coming back to him being liable and take his £40M
that he (allegedly) so desperately needs? Or does he just try and push the
investors that extra mile and get out of the whole thing £40M up and scot
free on any future shenanigans?
My biggest problem/worry is, I think Ken is a very good Poker player from
past history.
