I agree with pretty much everything that people have said about last night's match. It was the first time in a very long time that I watched a Leeds game without a "we're doomed" feeling throughout - even when they scored with 10+ to go, I felt confident. The amount of time that we seemed to have on the ball throughout the game was the key factor - Everton just weren't up for it on the night and we got the ball and kept it with relative ease. Sadly, that isn't likely to happen much in your average Championship game, but still...
Also, I'm forced to agree with the general consensus about Becchio, who was the only player in white not deserving of unreserved applause last night. Maybe all the recent List talk about him caused me (and others) to pay a little more attention to his every touch than usual, but I fear I'm starting to become a Rich W convert. Still - if that header had gone in at the end of the 1st half (and unlike Rich W, I do think he did pretty much everything he could with that one), maybe we'd all be forgiving him this morning - "it's goals that count", and all that?
