"GFH Capital has given its backing to current Leeds boss Neil Warnock, as the group looks to push through its takeover of the club.
In a statement, the Bahrain-based investment company revealed its priority is to return Leeds to the top-flight for the first time since 2004. "We also hope to take back ownership of Elland Road eventually," investment officer Salem Patel said. "We will continue to work closely with Neil Warnock and the team. "We intend to show the fans - some of the most passionate in the game - just how we can 'March On Together' to give Leeds United the success it so richly deserves." I don't know but having some finance bod using the term "march on together" makes me feel a bit uneasy. they are in it for the money, simple as that and if they do it reasonably and honestly, without taking the piss and screwing the club up for the future, I'll be happy.
