Just seen the goals on TV - to be honest he was not offside for the first.
I had however forgotten that Norris hit the post early on, and to quote the
TV "things may have been different if that had gone in"
As for the 9 v 11 argument - yes we did hold on to a 0 0 v Chelsea (and
hung on to beat Arsenal away when with Bowyer already off , Mills got sent
off for kicking the ball at a prone Ashley Cole in 2001 ???) but that is
hanging on to the result - yesterday we were 1 down when we went to 9 men
so had nothing to hold on to. Also both those teams were decent -
yesterdays team is average at best and was in a poor run of form.

I don't think those of you who are not going to games realise how bad the
'match day experience has got' - low crowds and even lower expectation or
belief.
That said, the fans who stayed right to the end yesterday (inc 10 mins of
injury time) did do their best to cheer on the team and gave them a
decent(ish) reception at the end
