Just seen the goals on TV - to be honest he was not offside for the first. I had however forgotten that Norris hit the post early on, and to quote the TV "things may have been different if that had gone in" As for the 9 v 11 argument - yes we did hold on to a 0 0 v Chelsea (and hung on to beat Arsenal away when with Bowyer already off , Mills got sent off for kicking the ball at a prone Ashley Cole in 2001 ???) but that is hanging on to the result - yesterday we were 1 down when we went to 9 men so had nothing to hold on to. Also both those teams were decent - yesterdays team is average at best and was in a poor run of form.
I don't think those of you who are not going to games realise how bad the 'match day experience has got' - low crowds and even lower expectation or belief.
