I just can't escape the feeling that this is all just part of his playing 'Three Card Monty" with the taxman - GFH's own accounts show that they have no money, so who's money is 'buying' the club, and from whom? I've thought all along that Bates was behind all this, and the fact that he's still going to be Chairman until the end of the season just confirms it. He's still in charge AFTER he's sold it?? - yeah, right!
Who knows what "President" means? Could be anything. None of this will make anyone feel any happier with the situation, that's for sure. Although, as you say, if they start spending money on players, it'll help me to change my mind.
