If they want fans to flood back to Elland Road then I suggest that one of the new regime's first jobs should be to sort out ticketing...
Having decided to grace the place with my presence for the Ipswich game, last night I tried to buy some tickets. First time I've endured this farce for many a year, as a mate who lives close to ER has always got them in recent years. After more than 30 minutes, selecting seats twice and apparently paying three times(!) I gave up. After the last attempt, it finished by telling me that the tickets I had selected (which it had suggested in the first place) were only available to ST holders. FFS... Apart from making me all nostalgic because it reminded me of trying to buy tickets 20 years ago, this didn't do much for my humour. In the cold new dawn, I've decided I'm prepared to give it one more go before opting to go Christmas shopping with the missus instead. Any tips on how to beat the stupid "you need to know where you can buy seats before we'll sell you them" system?
