actually a much better second half but overall incredibly disappointing. Derby had more energy, more pace and more ideas. We were lacklustre for large periods of this game and I think we need to be asking ourselves some important questions. I think Tonge needs to do more I never thought Becchio and Macca was a good option up front. Today they were both awful. Macca overhit most of his passes and his only contribution was from a cross for the goal which he put onto Becchio's head who knocked it towards goal where Green got onto it well. Becchio was shocking throughout, second half he just kept giving it away, won few headers and throughout the whole game never had one effort on goal. Now surely an in form striker would come into this game buzzing and would at very least create 1 chance for himself. the fact remains the ball needs to be put on a fucking plate for him for him threaten. This bloke is a complete joke. Sam Byram - why is he playing at right back ? Diouf - man of the match , was only on 15 minutes but did more than all the rest put together. oh I forgot - Kenny kept us in it on more than one occassion. really depressing stuff.
