That brings back memories of childhood in the 60s - desperately hunting
round market stalls and sports shops to get an affordable badge that would
transform your white football shirt into a Leeds shirt (once your mam had
sown it on of course - which could add a couple of weeks to the whole
process).

As for "a pure white kit", the shorts never quite matched the shirt.
Vaguely annoying but not the end of the world as my blow-up poster of Paul
Madeley showed that he had the same problem ;)
