Rich your views on Becchio are so set in stone that it is pointless
discussing it with you.

I accept he is very limited but if you look at the stats, when we had
eihter Thomas or Hall playing down the wing, Becchio was effective
These are facts not opinions - Palace , Thomas played, Becchio scored.
Leicester, Thomas played Becchio scored, Huddersifeld Thomas and Hall
played and Becs got 2 goals, Boro , Thomas played and Becchio got 2 goals.
Then since Thomas went back and Hall has not been picked Becchio has done
nothing.

I know some of his goals were penalties and maybe neither Thomas nor Hall
made any of the goals (I can't remember to be honest) but, to me, it shows
that when we have width then Becchio thrives.

I agree he is not good enough to make space for himself and link up with
midfield very well but he is by no means our only 'problem'
I do not believe that him going to Wigan or wherever will, as you seem to
think, lead to us playing much better football and getting better results.
Our results at home have in fact been great - 6 on the bounce. Our problems
begin and end with Warnock (and years of Ken Bates)
