I am in favour of giving a manger at least two years grace. But the club's policy must be to bring on the youth. As they're all gambles anyway I'd go along with Pierce & give him 3 years & wait. Even if we go down. I'd go all out for youth development. I'm pretty sure it'd get the fans back too.
