When you look at the contract activity so far this month, I would tend to agree 
with Robert that some of it has been good. Below is what has been done to date 
in January.

Signed new contracts: Tonge, Poleon, Byram
Left on loan/loan extended: Connolly, Pugh, Thompson, Kisnorbo, Turner
Left: Rogers, Gray, Tate .... Becchio??
In on loan: Barkley

That's the positive spin. On the negative side however, we have a nett decrease 
in senior squad members of 7 (8 if Becchio does go). There is very little talk 
of anyone coming in, so with a couple of days left until the deadline it's more 
than a bit disappointing that nothing seems to have changed since the takeover. 
It looks like there isn't any push for promotion this year so if that is the 
case why stick with Warnock? I would be happy if they at least showed ambition 
for next season by getting rid of Warnock and getting someone in who can build 
for next season. I have seen absolutely no progress of the team under Warnock.
