Just watched the highlights on LUTV and it has to be said we did have some
decent chances - Morison especially should have done better with two of
them.
I then listened to Colins interview afterwards - as others have said his
'slaughtering' of Lees is so over the top . It is a real disgrace - you
should never publically slate a player in this way - even more so when all
he did was make a poor challenge, he has not punched anyone or done
something to a fan or argued with a ref, all things which players deserve
stick for - this was just a case of Lees trying to do his job and doing it
badly on this occasion. It is also noticeable that when his favourites -
Brown and Varney got sent off he leapt to their defence.
Also why was Dawson on the bench - surely if he had no intentions of
playing him he should have been with the under 18s winning the league. He
has played most of their games and there are not many chances for a player
to win a league title at any level. If you watch the post match
celebrations in the changing room it is clear how much the youngsters
enjoyed it , and Colin has deprived Dawson of that moment - poor man
management for me.

I have never liked Warnock and had mixed feelings when he got the job - on
the one hand we now had a chairman and a manager who I hated but (as with
Bates when he first took over) I did think they are b@stards but at least
they are OUR b@stards. I really thought that Colin would be the right man
for us.
How much of the disappointing season is down to him and how much is not his
fault is hard to judge. I had a conversation with my mate after the
transfer window closed without the takeover taking place and we agreed that
this season would be a waste of time and so it has proved.
Yes, the takeover delays did hinder Colin but the fact that we have not won
a single league match with any sort of style or ease (except maybe Hudds
away) has got to be down to him as manager. We have only won 2 games at
home by more than one goal, and even when we had the 6 game winning run ,
it never felt like we were doing well

So I reckon Colin should go on Monday after the Derby game and we should
appoint the new manager asap, hopefully giving him the rest of the season
to evaluate things.

As for O'Neill , I did not want him when Graham left , when O'Neill
actually wanted the job, and I certainly do not want him now !
