Absolutely dismal. In terms of the goals - I think Luke Varney showed how weak
he is on both occasions. As for Pearce, he's never really been good enough but
after a lengthy break its to be expected.

Two things stand out for me

1) the team don't seem to be playing for the manager - McCormack's mouthing
fuck off to the bench after his goal I think says it all.

2) the tactics seem to be lacking. We're playing a 4-5-1 or 4-3-3 system with
Varney and Diouf as wingers. Neither are close. Varney has just returned to his
usual showing and Diouf, a player who showed promise early in the season, seems
to have lost his legs and just spends most of his time on his arse.

Scores

Kenny - 6 didn't do a right lot wrong.

Byram - 6 unlucky with header off the bar , got forward when he could.

Warnock -4 thought he was all over the shop today.

Peltier - 5 Shaky.

Pearce- 1 off the pace , shocking defending for the pen.

Austin - 4. Tries hard but lacks basic ability - easy passes are over hit. How
do people like this earn their money from the game? Learn to pass the f&cking
ball.

Dawson - 10. He's from Dewsbury, it was his debut so he gets 10 for me. If
truth be told he looked like a kid in a man's game but he showed he's got
skill, awareness and can get up and down the pitch. Will he make it ? Not sure.

Diouf - 3. Painful performance, just hasn't got the legs.

Green - 5 Unlucky with his shot against the bar but in general he showed a lack
of quality.

Varney - 1. There were one or two performances that suggested he had something
to offer to the team. His recent performances show what he is - f&cking
brainless / clueless.

Morrison -3. Isolated in this system, however I was massively disappointed with
his contribution. Plays in a Sunday stroller, relaxed way which is not what we
want at the moment.

Subs

McCormack -7. Well taken goal, has to play in a 4-4-2 up front.
White - tried a couple of runs.

Relegation battle here we come. Apparently we got 4 points from the last 7
games last season, do that this time and we could be down.

Warnock should resign now but that could him walking away for a sinking ship.
He was moaning like hell about the penalty and no doubt they'll be lots of
excuses why we should have won this game. No way, there was a lack of
confidence, ability and know now and that has to be the manager's fault.

One other thing, lets hope for consistency sake he gives Pearce and Varney a
public bollocking.
