Whoever comes in needs to be given time to build a squad. I'd like to see us focus on younger players but we'll have to be patient with them as they're bound to make mistakes. Let's be honest though, we've had a year of experienced old pros and that's hardly been a massive success. The new manager needs to be someone with a reputation for building up a club properly - I'd go for McDermott. Problem for whoever does come in is the number of shite Warnock players that have got 2 and 3 year contracts. Who is going to want to buy Luke varney?
