Completely agree with Sean here. As long as GFH remain in charge I have zero confidence that we will get the right man in. That situation needs to be sorted out ASAP. Of the current crop Poyet would be my choice but I would rather put Redfearn and Naylor in charge until the end of the season and get Lambert in from Villa in the summer (if he is sacked of course as I doubt we could tempt him to walk!). None of the other names sound great. I agree with those not wanting O'Neill, for me he needs a break from football (he might not come back at all) as he looks like a man who has lost his way and his passion for the game. I think his best days are behind him.
