I would say diMatteo might be tempted. He strikes me as young and still hungry, and taking Leeds up to the Premier League and then establishing us as a force there would cement his reputation as a manager.
But rather than your McLarens and O'Neills, I'd rather get a young[ish] manager who has a proven ability to get a club to perform above itself - someone like Adkins or, perhaps, Poyet or McDermott.
