Well if he is anything like his namesake at Headingley: 1). We'll come 5th in the Chamionship next year and win the Play off final!2). He'll get us to the FA Cup Final every year, but we won't turn up and lose heavily. 3). He'll win a LOT more than he loses! 4). He'll be a really nice bloke but, blatantly, hard as fcuking nails!!! :-)
