Category C for most parts of the ground for the Brighton game (adults) is 20
quid. That sounds decent to an ex-pat. Lot less than the 32 quid I think I paid
for the last home game I attended (miserable 1-1 draw with Brentford.)

Subject: [LU] match day ticket prices

A bit surprised that no-one has posted about the match day ticket price
announcement

On the face of it it is good news - new concessions for 16-21 and full time
students over 22
Junior tickets £10 in the Family Stand
All the things we have been asking for over the last few years

In addition they are trying to bring in 'dynamic pricing'  -which is demand led
, earlier the cheaper etc and already used by a couple of clubs

Even better to get the season off to a bang, the first game v Brighton is Cat C
- we have only had one or two of those a season under our old regime.

So, a couple more inspiring signings like Murphy Hunt and even Smith and we
could be looking a full(ish) house for the first game - what a great feeling
that would be

The optimism levels are certainly rising around ER - I cannot wait for the
season to start

Dave
