OK,so I have downed some morie San Miguel and it is all clearer now.

If it was pressure from the powers that be (ECB, SKY, Money Men), then it 
stinks, replace them!

If it was the Captain's decision based on Cricket, it stinks, replace him.

You know what I think!

Really, make them follow on  at 233 behind and they can't set an unassailable 
target surely, especially the way thy are batting. At the innings interval the 
draw was in the bag, but we could play for a win!
