I suppose on the plus side (and its the only plus I can think of) Harvey will be well versed in the ways that ridiculous methods are used to milk fans dry whilst self seeking governing bodies watch in feigned ignorance form the sidelines.
Ric Duniec speaks well of Harvey so perhaps he might not be the worst choice.
So on refelection, I'd say lets keep a watching brief on a man who appears to have slept with two of the worst Football Club owners in the history of the game.
