Has anyone else noticed that Jeremiah Pearce has a terrible habit of
missing easy chances at crucial moments at the end of games?

Since his arrival, he has scored.......let me check, oh I don't need to,
because I know the answer is bloody.............ZERO goals. But I am sure
there have been at least a dozen times when he has seemed certain to score
in the last few minutes - always pivotal moments.......goals that will save
us a draw, or earn us a win - and he contrives to miss the target every
time.

And of course, last night he managed it again. Listening on the radio,
Kirwin and Gray hardly commentated on Warnock's red card or Le Fonz's
entirely predictable goal because they were going on about how Pearce had
managed to miss an open goal just seconds before.
