Prepared to argue about Becchio's stats all day Eric (or is it Ed?). Because 
they are not that great given he played a lot if games in Division 3.

Also here's a fact for you Eric - he never managed 20 league goals in any 
season he played for us and that includes the season when Snoodgrass and Gradel 
were flying. In fact he rarely came close- 2 seasons in division 3 he scored 15 
and one season in the championship he netted 11 league goals. Bloody hell, Matt 
Smith has nearly scored that already.

So the Becchio myth continues - he was not a prolific goal scorer and when you 
couple that with his poor general play I think the lad is incredibly lucky to 
be making a good living from the game.

Obviously he's been found out massively this year but if he's saved and 
invested his 30k a week wisely it'll be a few years before he has to get a bin 
round.
