I was really looking forward to the game, hoping that the positivity and momentum gained against Leicester would continue. But the game was summed up in the very first seconds when under no pressure someone (I can't remember who, but in a white shirt, was it Kebe?) kicked the ball out of play attempting a simple pass when under no pressure. I mean I know it was a bit wet but hardly taxing conditions.
Dave, as ever, has given an excellent summation of the game. One positive I think we can take though, from the last two games, is one was against the runaway leaders, one against a team on the cusp of a play-off place, and yet with a bit more luck (Leicester) and a bit more guile (Ipswich), we could have beaten both teams - meaning that this league is wide open, and we only need to improve probably by 10 or 15 percent to really make a challenge.
