Every F####ng transfer window we have a take over drama. The incumbents don't want to spend money they might never recoup and the incoming have a perfect PR exercise to say "Oooh look we're brilliant, we just WANT to spend all this money but can't" Knowing they can get in the month after and not have to spend a penny until the Summer. It's shite.
