I can remember conceding 5 and more goals on a number of occasions recently but
does anyone know the last time we scored 5, especially at home (I cannot be
bothered trawling through past results sites)

Like Rich I am still buzzing after yesterday- just about to start watching the
goals on FL show on BBC for the 4th time !

A couple of things, hopefully both Steward and Kebe who have poor and have come
in for some stick from the fans will now come good, both had shown the odd
glimpse of skill etc to suggest that they may be capable of good things.

Mowatt I really like this lad but I do know where Rich is coming from about his
lack of pace,in fact the bloke who was stood next to me was having a go at one
point and said he looked like he was running through treacle - harsh but I
could see what he meant. Of course it is hard , if not impossible, to improve
pace to any great degree BUT with Mowatt I do think they need to work on his
speed and looking at his body shape they need to keep a strict eye on his
weight.

Murphy I have championed him from the start - I do think expectations (£1m
price tag) and the size of the club have affected him - let's hope that
yesterday will also have given him the boost his confidence needed

Yesterday will not have solved all our problems - as already pointed out we
could easily have been down and out before Ross scraped the equaliser, but we
stopped the rot performance wise v Leicester, threw away 2 pts v Ipswich with
Kenny's worst blunder for us and blew away Barnsley -as we did Watford for
30mins all those months ago,

Our next 4 games are away from home - will this help or hinder any progress we
made yesterday ? who knows
Will yesterday be a flash in the pan ? who knows
Will Brian really come back ? who knows
Will the Italian or someone else take over ? who knows

All I do know is that yesterday was great and that whatever happens me and
thousand like me (there were 28+ thousand Leeds fans there yesterday despite
our losing streak and off field problems) will be there cheering on Leeds
United FC , and ultimately that is all that counts - the 90mins of match day

Dave
