You're right nothing is won in February, the problem is we didn't win anything in January, the rate we have been picking up points (10 out of 36 or thereabouts) means that we are unlikely to win anything in May, Reading on the other hand collected 19 points over the same period making the chances of us taking their place in 6th unlikely.
I think huddersfield would have turned us over on Saturday had Friday just been another day at the office. I'm not in favour of sacking McD but I can see these perverse logic in it.
