He's got two weeks to appeal, can't see the point in him doing that though as the FL are hardly likely to change their minds. I guess he'll want his money back now (which is fair enough).
Not sure who GFH will turn to now, I wouldn't trust them to sit the right way round on the toilet never mind getting a satisfactory outcome from this.
