There are a few things I wish would happen around the club (aside from winning
the odd game!).

1. Put a stop to the patronising sh*te questions from Eddie Gray after games -
McD should just say he's not going to bother. Christ, it's not as if Eddie Gray
had the answers when he was manager!
2. Break links with the old guard - no more Lorimer, Gray around the place. By
all means trot them out for parades etc, but it's pointless harking back 40
years to Bremner etc. That is never coming back!
3. Financially, the club has to go back to basics. Stop renting Thorpe Arch (if
they're not tied in for hundreds of years); renegotiate Elland Rd lease.
4. Stop kidding ourselves we're a big club. We have no assets in terms of
property, almost zero in terms of players. All LUFC has is a place in the
League and potentially a following large enough to support a medium size
football club IF managed in a financially-prudent fashion.
5. Somehow get Leeds City Council to buy the ground - Leeds as a city should
have strategies in place which maximise LUFC - having a stable ground ownership
would be a very big deal

I'm hacked off, really hacked off with it all. Cellino is a loose cannon and
whilst it might be fun, it'd hit the buffers within 2 years. Will we find out
the Yes/No today??

OK I have to admit I only saw one League 1 game in person (Orient away) but it
was great. 3/4 of the ground Leeds, son's first ever Leeds match, German mate
praising Howson, 2-0 win and good football played. Great day out.

My good memories of league 1 mainly consist of the pub before the match.
